Burniton Music Group signee, Kelvin Boy known in the showbiz industry as Kelvyn Boy has ignited his beef with RuffTown records musician Wendy Shay.
According to the “Mea” hitmaker, Wendy Shay is not his type of girl even though she is very pretty.
In an interview with Frimpong Manso on the Delay Show, Kelyvn Boy indicated he loves dark and decent girls but not like Wendy Shay.
This was after he was asked if he has any kind of affection for the ‘Uber Driver’ hitmaker which he gave a negative answer.
The two Afrobeat musicians have been involved in a recent ‘beef’ after Kelvyn Boy snubbed Wendy Shay at the peace conference between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
A video of that incidence went viral and Kelvyn Boy explained that it was an oversight and that he never meant to disrespect Wendy Shay.
He later stated that he reached out to Wendy Shay’s manager, Bullet to apologize and explain but he wasn’t given the chance.

Hammer of the Last 2 Music Group is credited with grooming several talents who have all contributed immensely to the growth of the Ghana Music industry. It was him who gave us some ‘sick’ beats for Obrafour’s tunes. He also groomed Sarkodie, Tinny, Kwaw Kese, and several GH rappers.
Hammer, born Edward Nana Poku Osei said he never condoned indiscipline so whenever any of his ‘boys’ misbehaved during recording sessions, they are were made to kneel down and raise the hands. He said the environment in his studio was more like a boot camp because he was not ready to tolerant indiscipline.
“It was a boot camp in the studio premises. you can come to the studios to see artistes kneel down in the studios with their hands up for fighting,” he said in a recent interview. He explained that training was to psych them up for success.
“When my boys get somewhere they feel invincible. What can you do? The way I have drilled them there is nothing that you can do that they haven’t faced,” he added. He explained that they could not endure some of the training he gave the boys.
Singer Becca couldn’t hold back her emotional self when questions were posed to her onDaybreak HitzonHitz FM, Friday.
She has been in the news lately after an interview with her mum popped up. Her mum accused Becca’s husband of creating space between them.
She again said among other things that Dr Tobi married Becca for money and not for love as fans think.

According to her, she has undying love for her mum and would never disrespect her.

Kelvyn Boy of Burniton Music Group(BMG) has disclosed that Manager of Wendy Shay and CEO of Rufftown Records, Bullet has refused to pick his calls after he ‘snubbed’ Wendy Shay atShatta Wale and Stonebwoy’s peace conference.

This according to him is because Bullet might have probably taken the incident which occurred at the press conference and ended up being an embarrassment to Wendy Shay so personal.
Bullet was with Wendy Shay besideShatta Wale and Stonebwoywhen Kelvyn Boy rebuffed the Wendy in her attempt to hug him and proceeded to hug Shatta Wale.
The unfortunate incident took over social media with lots of bashing and insults rained on Kelvyn Boy for his act. Though Kelvyn Boy has cleared the air in several interviews that his action was not intentional, Bullet is still not okay with him.
In a recent interview with KMJ on Joy Prime TV’s Showbiz Now, the Afrobeat singer revealed that Bullet has refused to pick his calls since then incident.
According to him, he was calling to explain his actions to Bullet and reach out Wendy and say sorry but he cannot fathom why Bullet is refusing to pick.
He also rubbished the common allegation that he did that because ofWendy Shaywon the New Artist of the year award over him at the VGMA 2019.
Kelvyn Boy stated that his action had nothing to do with the awards and that he holds no grudge against Bullet and Wendy Shay.
Rapper Medikal has revealed that he gets disturbed when he sees fans going naked to the Wrohwoho song he got featured on by musician Agbeshie.
According to him, he was misunderstood with regards to the lyrics he poured on the song.
Explaining himself on Adom FM’s weekend rap show, Kasahari Level, Medikal said the song was meant for couples who were getting ready to get intimate indoors.
The idea of taking their clothes off publicly, Medikal said, really disturbed him hence he has been advised not to perform the song at huge public functions, especially if it’s a show involving many High School children.
“It’s a room vibe kind of song. The song is for Agbeshie and he told me about the concept before we did the song. It wasn’t about people taking off their clothes in the public. I saw some videos and was really worried about it. I am not able to perform the song at many places.”

The two have been beefing for as long as one can remember and that reached its apogee with the gun-pulling fracas that occurred on stage at the just ended Vodafone Music Awards.

Ghanaian dancehall artistes Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale have been banned indefinitely from participating in all aspects of the country’s foremost music award scheme, the Vodafone Music Awards (VGMAs).
Per the decision, they have lost their legibility for VGMAs nominations, selections and performances.
The decision was taken Thursday by the board of the award scheme following a brawl between the two feuding musicians at the 20th anniversary of the VGMAs in Accra last Saturday, which saw one of them pulling out a handgun.
Board member Nat Brew Amandzeba explained at a news conference that the action of the Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale on the night “brought the name of the event into disrepute”.
He stated the decision was taken after “careful deliberations” and “extensive consultation” with stakeholders in the music industry.
But in a rather interesting turn, Shatta Wale posted on social media few minutes to the announcement that he has pulled out of the award scheme going forward.
“Upon sober reflections of events in recent times and having made broader consultations, I wish to announce that I will not be part of the Ghana Music Awards scheme going forward. God bless!”, he posted on Facebook.
The rivalry between the two artistes hit the roof in the wee hours of Sunday after Shatta Wale and his multitude of fans attempted to mount the stage uninvited to join Stonebwoy who was receiving the 2019 Reggae and Dancehall Artiste of the Year award.
Stonebwoy who felt threatened by the manner his bitter rival approached the stage pulled out a handgun handed him on stage by one of his entourage, a scene that sparked a scuffle between the two artistes and their followers.
The awards event was temporarily halted and the topmost two awards for the event, Most Popular Song of the Year and Artiste of the Year, were deferred due to the melee which has widely been condemned by stakeholders in the industry.
Both Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale were invited by the police for questioning on Sunday and have since been charged and put before the court.
Charged and bailed
A magistrate in Accra on Wednesday set their bail condition at a total of 100,000 cedis after prosecutors brought charges against them over their near-bloody scuffle at Saturday’s awards night.
Their lawyers had argued for a self-recognisance bail on grounds that the two accused persons were known figures in the music industry and would avail themselves for the trial.
Though prosecutors did not oppose the request for bail, they asked the court to let the two artistes to sign a bond to be of good behaviour.
But the magistrate, Isaac Addo, rejected the request of self-recognisance bail, and set their bail condition at 50,000 cedis each with one surety.
Both stars are charged with issuing threats and using abusive words with the intent to disturb public peace, with Stonebwoy facing count of displaying weapon in public place without permission. The gun is an Australian gun INFK 158 with butt number AA792002017.
They have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The magistrate asked the accused persons to be of good behaviour in the course of the trial and warned them against any acts that could impede the case.
